01. Registration

1. The license will be emailed to you within minutes. Please make sure you entered a valid email address when purchasing the license. Install and launch TunePat VideoGo All-In-One on your computer, click on the Key icon icon to open the registration window.

2. Copy and paste your Email address and license code that you have received from the email into the pop-up dialog window. Then click "OK" to register the program.

Register TunePat VideoGo All-In-One

1. Please make sure you have installed the right program - TunePat VideoGo All-In-One (Windows | Mac). Each license is specific to a platform, a Windows license cannot be used on a Mac and vice versa.

2. The registration code is case-sensitive. Please directly copy and paste the registration information into TunePat and make sure no blank space entered before and after the registration info.

3. If you still can't get the program registered, please contact the support team via email for further help. And please provide your registration information.

Please right-click the program icon and select "Run as administrator" in the dropdown list to launch TunePat. Then click on the Menu icon icon on the upper right corner of the screen and click "Register" from the menu list, input your registration email and code into the pop-up dialog window.

02. General Problems

TunePat VideoGo All-In-One supports downloading videos from various sites including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Disney+ Hotstar, Hulu, Max, Paramount+, Discovery+, Apple TV+, U-NEXT, Peacock TV, DMM, NHK+, Crunchyroll, Abema, and YouTube. Any movie or TV show that can be played normally on those streaming sites can be downloaded by TunePat VideoGo All-In-One.

TunePat offers three kinds of subtitles encoding ways to meet users'needs for playing video on different media players or devices. The mode "External subtitles" will help you save subtitles as separate files.

"Internal subtitles" will make the subtitles be built into the output video, which will allow you to save multiple languages subtitles and switch as needed while playing the video on some players like VLC Media player.

If your media players or devices don't provide subtitle options or support to add subtitle, "Hardcode subtitles" is a great option to help you make the subtitles be burned onto your video. But please note that you can save only one language into the video at a time.

TunePat VideoGo All-In-one can download movies and shows with high resolution. It can download YouTube videos in 8K and download 1080p videos from Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Paramount+, Discovery+, and more. The best video quality that TunePat can get from Disney+, Hulu, and Max is 720p.

Depending on your streaming plan, the quality of video you can download with TunePat may be different. If you have a Basic or Basic with ads account, you can download videos in up to 720p. If you have a Standard or Premium account, you can download the videos in up to 1080p. Thus, in order to download 1080p videos, please upgrade your subscription plan to the Standard or Premium plan.

NOTE: No matter what plan you have, TunePat will not be able to download HD quality videos if the service only offers certain videos in 480p.

If you have done the above settings, but the downloaded video's quality is still poor, please play the video in Chrome, and press the key combination "Ctrl + Alt + Shift + D". There are some parameters of the video show on your screen like the following picture, please find the information marked with the red circle, which displays the quality of the video that you are playing. Please capture your screen as below, send the screenshot, the video's URL, and log files to us for analysis.

TunePat supports hardware acceleration with Intel/NVIDIA/AMD graphics cards, which will enable you to run the program more smoothly and speed up the download process. To get the best performance, please make sure you have the latest graphics driver installed on your computer. Here is how to check and upgrade the graphics cards:

1. Right-click the Windows Start menu and choose "Device Manager", find "Display adapters", right-click your graphics card and select "Update driver" in the drop-down list.

2. Sometimes driver upgrades might end in failure. No worries, you can also install the latest graphics driver from your graphics card manufacturer's website: Intel / NVIDIA / AMD (choose the exact one according to your computer). After upgrading your graphics driver, please reboot your computer to activate it.

03. Subscription FAQ

In order to meet people's needs and provide a better service, TunePat offers 2 subscription tiers for TunePat VideoGo All-In-One users. Below are the details:

1. There are 2 types of subscription tiers for your choice (1-year/ lifetime). Your subscription tier will determine how long you can use the program to download movies and TV shows on your computer.

2. To ensure the service, your monthly or annual plan will be auto-renew after 1 year. If you don't need it anymore, you can cancel the renewal subscription service before the renewal date.

3. TunePat commits a money-back guarantee within 5 days for the annual plans, and 30 days for the lifetime plan, which is effective from the date of purchasing. For more details, please visit the Refund Policy.

We currently do not support upgrade packages, whether you want to upgrade your subscription from yearly plan to lifetime plan. Please purchase the subscription you want additionally. And in this case, we could offer you a discount. Please contact the support team for the details.

04. Technical Support

Please log out (in the "Settings" window) and log back into your Netflix/Amazon/Disney+/Hulu/HBO Max/Paramount+/Discovery+ account on TunePat . And then search for the video on TunePat and click the title name, followed that the description page of the video will be displayed in the pop-up web browser. Please check if the video can be played normally in the pop-up window. If it is a paid video, please purchase the video firstly. Some titles may not be available to watch, resulting in that they are failed to be downloaded by TunePat.

"Failed 6122" means that a wrong PIN code was entered or you didn't enter the code to allow the download. Netflix provides the primary account holder a right to control viewing with a PIN, called Parental Controls to avoid the children watching the content rated above your selected maturity level and specific TV shows or movies. If you are asked to input the PIN code when watching a video, it means you are banned to access to the video. In this case, please change the setting to let the video available for download.

Too many people are currently using your account, causing the download to fail. Please check your stream plan limits and stop playing videos on other screens.

When you download videos from Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Paramount+, or Discovery+, the errors may be caused by unstable internet or download time-out. Please try to download the videos again when the network is stable.

When you get "Failed 6200" while downloading Amazon videos, please try this solution. Firstly, please check your internet connection. And then click on the video's title on TunePat, the video will be shown in a pop-up web browser. Please check if the video can be played normally in the web browser. If it is a paid video, please purchase the video firstly.

If the video cannot be played, please try to switch to a different website (country/region) in the "Settings" window.

It may also cause "Failed 6200" if you search for the same titles frequently and download them in batch. In this case, please reduce search frequency and try to search for the content by URLs later.

If you have tried all the above but still get the same error, please send all details of the problem and the latest log files of TunePat to the support team via email.

The video you want to download is not available in your country. Please make sure the video can be played on the web player.

"Failed 1608" means that the program failed to download some of subtitles or audio tracks you selected. Please delete the video from the download queue and download it again. If the problem persists, please send us the URL of the video, the screenshots of your selected audio tracks and subtitles in the "Advanced Download" window, as well as the latest log files for analysis.

The download process stopped because the computer screen was off. Please do not turn off the computer screen, sleep or hibernate your PC during the download process.

If you get "Failed 1609" while downloading videos from Amazon Prime Video and HBO Max, please check if your computer supports HDCP. Please click here, click the "V" icon and choose"1.0" or other versions from the drop-down list, then tap on "Get HDCP Status" to check whether your device supports HDCP-enabled content or not. If you get a result as "HDCP is available for 1.0" or likewise, it means that your computer is able to get HD videos from Amazon Prime Video or HBO Max. If you get a message like "Argh! output-restricted", then you can only download videos in medium or low quality.

In addition, when the computer screen is off, it will affect the download process, causing the error of "Failed 1609", so please do not turn off the computer screen, sleep or hibernate your PC during the download process.

If you've tried above but still fail to download videos, please provide all details of the problem, and send a screenshot of the HDCP status results and the latest log files of TunePat to the support team.

There is no more space on the disk to save the downloads or you don't have the permission to save videos to the selected folder, please clean your disk or change the output path in the "Settings" window.

If you encounter the error code "Failed 3213" when downloading Netflix videos onto a Mac computer, select H.264 Video Codec from Settings. Cancel Hardware Acceleration if the problem persists.

Please make sure the video link is copied from the details page, rather than the playback page. Because there will be some random special character added into the link when you play the video on the Netflix/Amazon/Disney+/Hulu/HBO Max/Paramount+/Discovery+ web player, resulting in the program failing to recognize it. If you still cannot find the video by using its link, please try keywords or name. Below are samples for your reference:

Note: In addition, please do not log into Disney+ with a Kid's profile. If it's an adult profile, please set the content rating to TV-MA. Navigate to your profile and click "Edit Profile", then select the profile you want to edit. Under "Parental Controls", select "Content Rating", and you will be asked to enter your password. After that, hit "Continue" and choose the content rating as TV-MA.

Since macOS 10.15 Catalina introduces new security mechanisms, software from the internet or directly from an unidentified developer will be suspected as malware and failed to install on Mac. To deal with it, please follow How to Open TunePat on macOS 10.15 Catalina or higher.

If you get any other error codes not listed above, or the problem persists after trying the solutions above, please provide the following information to our support team at [email protected].We will reply to your message within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends. And we will submit your feedback to our developers and inform you if the solution is available.

  • 1. Are you using the Windows version or the Mac version? What's the operating system of your computer?
  • 2. Which Streaming Plan do you order?
  • 3. Do you want to download Movies or TV shows? And what is the output quality you choose?
  • 4. Does the problem happen to all videos or certain videos? Please send the video's URL or name to us for testing.
  • 5. Please send us the log files of TunePat. You can find them by clicking "Menu" > "Open Log File". Then double-click the logs folder and send us all log files in this folder.
