In order to meet people's needs and provide a better service, TunePat offers 2 subscription tiers for VideoGo All-In-One users. Below are the details:

1. There are 2 types of subscription tiers for your choice (1-year/ lifetime). Your subscription tier will determine how long you can use TunePat to download movies and TV shows.

2. Depending on the type of subscription that you choose when you purchase the license, your yearly plan will be auto-renew after 1 year. The subscription fee for the renewal service will be charged to your initial subscription payment method. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example, if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month, if your payment method has not successfully settled, or when you change your subscription plan. You will receive a new license to reactivate the program after your payment.

3. When you purchase a yearly plan, the renewal service is turned on by default. If you don't want to do this, you can cancel the renewal service before the renewal date. After canceling, you will not be charged again when your current subscription ends.

TunePat VideoGo All-In-One supports downloading video from Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Paramount+, Discovery+, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, XboxClips, CBS, Dailymotion, TikTok, and Vimeo. Any video that are available to play on those websites that TunePat supports can be downloaded with TunePat VideoGo All-In-One. Thus, before downloading, please make sure you can access the content from the corresponding web player.

What video quality can I download with TunePat VideoGo All-In-One?

The best video quality that TunePat VideoGo All-In-One can download is 8k on Youtube. Generally, it supports 1080p except for the videos from Disney, Hulu, and HBOMax, whose quality is up to 720p. Besides, TunePat provides the selections to download videos with different resolutions, you can choose the specific video quality as High, Medium, or Low according to your devices.

What are External subtitles, Internal subtitles, and Hardcode subtitles?

TunePat offers three kinds of subtitles encoding ways to meet users' needs for playing video on different media players or devices. The mode "External subtitles" will help you save subtitles as separate files.

Solution to "Failed 6100", "6120", or "6121"?

Please log out (via the "Settings" window) and log back into your Netflix/Amazon/Disney+/Hulu/HBO Max/Paramount+/Discovery+ account on TunePat. Then search for the video and click the title name, after which the video description page will be displayed in the pop-up web browser. Please verify that if the video in the pop-up window can be played normally. If it is a paid video, please first purchase it. Some titles may not be available to watch, resulting in TunePat failing to download them.

Solution to "Failed 6123"?

"Failed 6123" means that there are too many people are using the same account right now. Please disconnect your account from the other devices.

Solution to "Failed 6130" or "6200"?

When you download videos from Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Paramount+, or Discovery+, the errors may be caused by unstable internet or download time-out. Please try to download the videos again when the network is stable.

When you get "Failed 6200" while downloading Amazon videos, please try this solution. Firstly, please check your internet connection. And then click on the video's title on TunePat, the video will be shown in a pop-up web browser. Please check if the video can be played normally in the web browser. If it is a paid video, please purchase the video firstly.

If the video cannot be played, please try to switch to a different website (country/region) in the "Settings" window.

  • * For France, India, Canada, and others, select "Prime Video"

It may also cause "Failed 6200" if you search for the same titles frequently and download them in batch. In this case, please reduce search frequency and try to search for the content by URLs later.

Solution to "Failed 6301"?

It seems that the video is not available in your country. Please make sure the video that you want to download can be played normally in the web player.

Solution to "Failed 1608"?

"Failed 1608" means that the program failed to download some of subtitles or audio tracks you selected. Please delete the video from the download queue and download it again. If the problem persists, please send us the URL of the video, the screenshots of your selected audio tracks and subtitles in the "Advanced Download" window, as well as the latest log files for analysis.

Solution to "Failed 1609"?

If you get "Failed 1609" while downloading videos from Amazon Prime Video and HBO Max, please check if your computer supports HDCP. Please click here, click the "V" icon and choose"1.0" or other versions from the drop-down list, then tap on "Get HDCP Status" to check whether your device supports HDCP-enabled content or not. If you get a result as "HDCP is available for 1.0" or likewise, it means that your computer is able to get HD videos from Amazon Prime Video or HBO Max. If you get a message like "Argh! output-restricted", then you can only download videos in medium or low quality.

In addition, when the computer screen is off, it will affect the download process, causing the error of "Failed 1609", so please do not turn off the computer screen, sleep or hibernate your PC during the download process.

If you've tried above but still fail to download videos, please provide all details of the problem, and send a screenshot of the HDCP status results and the latest log files of TunePat to the support team.

Solution to "Failed 4001", "4002", "4003", "4100", "4101", "4103", or "4106"?

There is no more space on the disk to save the downloads or you don't have the permission to save videos to the selected folder, please clean your disk or change the output path in the “Settings” window.

Solution to "No results found" when searching videos by using links?

Please make sure the video link is copied from the details page, rather than the playback page. Because there will be some random special character added into the link when you play the video on the Netflix/Amazon/Disney+/Hulu/HBO Max/Paramount+/Discovery+ web player, resulting in the program failing to recognize it. If you still cannot find the video by link, please try keywords or name. Here are 2 examples for your reference:

Note: In addition, please do not log into Disney+ with a Kid's profile. If it's an adult profile, please set the content rating to TV-MA. Navigate to your profile and click "Edit Profile", then select the profile you want to edit. Under "Parental Controls", select "Content Rating", and you will be asked to enter your password. After that, hit "Continue" and choose the content rating as TV-MA.
